Limited Warranty
Crestec warrants to the original purchaser if there is any defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Pocketalk's published guidelines for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty is valid only when products are sold by Crestec itself or through its authorized agents. If a manufacture defect arises and customer requests for a replacement within the Warranty period (1 year), Crestec will replace the product with a new product. Shipping and handling fees may apply. Any replacement products will be warranted for the reminder of original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
Exclusions and Limitations

Crestec does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel and manufactured by or for Sourcenext that can be identified by an authorized Sourcenext trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it (for example, an authorized POCKETALK mark). For clarity, a reseller is not considered an original purchaser.

Without limiting the foregoing, this limited warranty does not apply to any (1) products that are believes to be, stolen, (2) consumables (such as batteries), (3) software, even if packaged or sold with the product or embedded in the product, or (4) Pocketalk accessories other than the included accessories, (5) damages arising from failure to follow instructions, such as improper voltage or power supply, (6) damages caused by accident, abuse, fire, liquid contact or other external causes.

This limited warranty does not apply to a product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Crestec, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and cracks.
Obtaining Warranty Service
① Please contact us to request a Claim Form and fill it out after receiving it.
② You must include the claim form along with the product and deliver the product, in either its original packaging, or packaging providing equivalent protection, to the address specified below.
